No Deseret Biologicals product should be purchased without an evaluation/consultation from a qualified healthcare professional. All purchases are subject to review and approval by your healthcare practitioner.
DesBio PAO upholds rigorous standards of quality, safety, and efficacy within our product lines as a result we do not resell returned product. DesBio PAO is unable to accept returns. If you believe that your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We are able to offer a replacement or product credit for the item. If you feel the product you received is damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected] describing your concern. Please include product name, lot number, and your DesBio Provider.
If you have complaints regarding your product or are experiencing symptoms, please contact your provider directly. If symptoms are severe or life-threatening, please seek immediate medical attention.
All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm MST. DesBio PAO does not guarantee shipping and delivery times. We ship using UPS or USPS priority mail. The day the package leaves our facility does not count as a shipping day nor do Saturdays or Sundays.

Third Business Day: $20.00 UPS only
Second Business Day: $30.00 UPS only
UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please choose USPS if you would like to ship to your P.O. Box.
International Shipping? Unfortunately, due to the shipping regulations, DesBio does not ship PAO orders outside of the US. Your practitioner can order the product and ship it to you. DesBio is not responsible for packages held up in customs, any tariffs, duties or additional fees/payments associated with delivery of products to a foreign country.
